Cellardoor

Cellardoor kick out a volatile mix of epic riffs and glorious post rock textures.

The West Bromwich based three-piece draw on influences as disparate as Battles and Russian Circles whilst honing a distinctive, uncompromising sound all of their own.

Their set at the Digital Dystopia show will emerge from the Buzz Box audience participation cacophony. The band has been rehearsing with the buzz boxes and can’t wait to hear how the audience uses them.

Recent gigs have included a support slot with Jack Rose & Hush Arbors at a gig promoted by Birmingham arbiters of leftfield cool Capsule.

The self released EP Ubermensch  – recorded by well respected producer Joe Gibb (Funeral For  A Friend, Three Colours Red and Taint) has been well received amongst its limited distribution.

“This EP has a sharply crafted dense mix, channelling the energy of every bass groove, drum rhythm and guitar chord into an emotional blender Cellardoor opts to cut the guitars belly up and let them bleed” – Black & White Magazine
